About Me

I want to be the person teams trust when technology gets in the way.

My goal is simple: move into a full-time corporate IT role where I can keep growing, contribute every day, and become more valuable every year. I currently work in technical support and repair, where I diagnose hardware and software problems, communicate repair options clearly, and document what happened so the next step is easier for the customer and the team.

I like the mix of technical troubleshooting and real human communication that IT support requires. I care about understanding the issue before rushing to an answer, explaining technical details in plain language, and taking ownership until the problem is actually resolved. Outside of work, I keep building through web development, programming, AI, electronics, and homelabbing.
